My first visit!! The office staff was very friendly and welcoming. Dr Salyards is really nice, personable and takes her time with the examination and explaining everything and answering questions!

I absolutely love this office and Dr Jill Salyard. She is an awesome physician. She listens to her patients and comes up with the best solutions for their issues. The staff is always nice and caring. No better place to go for your dermatology needs.

I was very impressed with the adaptability of Dr. Salyards and her team. I made a scheduling mistake and showed up on the wrong day—completely my fault. Without hesitation, they found a way to fit me in so I wouldn’t have to make another trip. While I wouldn’t recommend testing their flexibility on purpose, I can confidently say they were more than accommodating! Despite the last-minute adjustment, I was in and out efficiently and never felt rushed. Dr. Salyards and her staff took the time to listen, address my concerns, and put a solid plan in place. I left feeling much better and truly appreciated their kindness and professionalism. Highly recommend!

I recently left another practice in the area because I did not have confidence in the care I received and did not feel comfortable. After my first visit here, I knew I made the right decision to switch. I felt so comfortable asking questions and confident in the care and recommendations I received from the staff. She explained every decision she made in great detail and was very understanding of any questions I had. They are so welcoming and personable, and the office environment is very pleasant. I will be returning here from now on!

I am absolutely thrilled with Dr. Jill Salyards and her team. The office is run so efficiently that I have always been seen at my appointment time, which is a rare and special courtesy. It is also very easy to make an appointment, whether online or calling, and they always get me in quickly. Dr. Salyards is gracious, very thorough, and listens. She explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand and spends ample time doing so. It’s a true pleasure to be a patient at Refine Dermatology.
