A Beautiful You Medical Spa

This is my second visit and had an amazing experience! The staff were welcoming and professional. I had 2 consultations with Lorrie, she is very knowledgeable and with her recommendation of products, she truly transformed my skin!!!! I got my Hydra-facial by Diana. My skin feels rejuvenated and glowing. The entire process was explained thoroughly, and addressed my other skin issues and long-term skin health. Will definitely come here for my next facial and laser treatments!

Diana is great. Very professional and made me feel comfortable, even though I was nervous walking in. All the ladies in the office are very pleasant and the office itself is clean and comfortable too. So far, I’ve had one Opus, one pixel and one laser hair removal treatment here. All good experiences so far with the expected results. I highly recommend A Beautuful You med spa for both the excellent staff and the technology.

“A Beautiful You” is always a relaxing and enjoyable experience. That staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always welcoming and it is a peaceful environment. The consult was very informative and helpful. I did not feel pressured to do things I did not want. I enjoy going for my treatments and my skin looks amazing!

It is absolutely infuriating to be misinformed after spending 45 minutes with Ms. Laura discussing the details of an electrolysis procedure I knew nothing about. She clearly outlined everything for me, and now, I’m being told I was never even scheduled for the procedure because your spa doesn’t offer it? That’s beyond frustrating. With 19 years of experience at your company, I would expect her to know exactly what procedures are actually available. She specifically told me that your spa and one other place in the city were the only two offering this procedure because you have the necessary equipment. We also talked at length about permanent hair removal and why electrolysis is a better option than laser hair removal. I wrote down every single thing she said. Now, I can’t even trust your company enough to schedule an appointment. This is incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. I am a strong advocate for valuing others’ time, and I wanted to address a recent experience I had with your spa. After posting a review, I received a series of text messages that were both insulting and suggested I was confused about a conversation that took place. Let me be clear: I called twice to confirm the details regarding my electrolysis appointment, which I had rescheduled for February 7. During my first call, the young lady I spoke with seemed confused when I inquired about the electrolysis service, as she mentioned it was not offered at your spa. She then transferred me to Lori, who confirmed that my new appointment for February 13 would indeed be for electrolysis. I have no ulterior motive and am unfamiliar with the services at your spa. My only request is for accountability regarding the fact that incorrect information was provided and the ball was dropped during the communication. The text message thread I received was generic, and nothing mentioned in those messages aligns with what I discussed with Lori, including the dates. I found this situation to be unprofessional, and I feel my time was unnecessarily wasted. Moving forward, I would appreciate it if your staff could familiarize themselves with the services offered at your spa to avoid any confusion or time wasted for your clients. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I came in for a hydrafacial treatment today with Chelsea. I had such an amazing experience! My skin was GLOWING after! Many of my friends are now interested in coming after seeing my results and hearing of my experience. Everyone was really nice and welcoming. I will definitely be coming back!
