Dr. Aldea is fantastic. I wanted to get a BBL but did not want to go out of town to do so. I heavily vetted and researched plastics surgeons in Memphis. He was my top choice. He is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He makes sure you understand everything before going into surgery and is very personable. He spends a lot of time with you and goes into detail about every aspect of the surgery and recovery. I will be using him again for my tummy tuck. I love the outcome of my BBL and am so pleased.

I had an overall negative experience. I want a warm and loving environment. This office is NOT that. Although Dr. Aldea was direct and brutally honest, I left with the feeling that he really didn’t want to help me. He grabbed my skin, yanked it up, and asked “Would this make you happy?” I felt worse about myself, more ugly, and discouraged when I left than when I went in. I was supposed to receive a treatment plan via email, from Lily. It’s been over a week and I still have not received it. They obviously do NOT want my business, which is too bad because I have quite a bit of money to spend. Thankfully, I had arranged consultations with two other doctors. I found a reputable one who was equally honest but not brutal. The office team is incredibly sweet, warm, and welcoming. Dr Aldea performed a tummy tuck and back scoop lipo on my Wife. He was skilled, professional, and medically meticulous in his duties. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking cosmetic surgery.

If you are looking for a plastic surgeon who is truly knowledgeable, caring, personable, honest and respectful, then you will be pleased with Dr Peter Aldea. My arm lift surgery went well, and I was pleased with the outcome day one post op and was not in much pain at all even after the anesthesia wore off. No opiates were required. After my first lymphatic massage, I had a nickel size thin layer of skin peel off my upper arm just above my incision when I removed my compression garment. That situation showed me how much Dr Aldea and his staff cared about me not just as a patient but as a person. When I called to check in and share what happened, Dr Aldea had me to come into the office immediately to assess my situation and provided me and my husband with guidance on what to do to ensure proper wound care. My incision was not compromised and there was no real concern if I followed Dr Aldea’s care instructions and kept the office updated. The small skin tear looked worse than it was, so I did not freak out. I continued to do exactly what Dr Aldea instructed me to do and within a month in a half the nickel size tear was healed and my incisions on both arms were healing very well. Dr Aldea took care of me every step of the way and assured me we were in this together. Whenever I had a question Lily was right there to take my call or text and gave me a quick response from Dr Aldea no matter what day or time it was that I texted. There was no waiting around for hours or the next day to get a response. If I had any concerns on the weekend or after hours, Lily was just a text or phone call away for whatever I needed and for that I am grateful!! The patient care and customer service the office provided exceeded my expectation. I LOVE my results thus far. I understand the healing process takes six months to a year and I am only a couple months post op, but I can tell anyone, I have no regrets. All I can say is, this one surgical procedure and experience has changed my life, and I am forever grateful to Dr Aldea at Cosmetic Surgery of Memphis and his staff who were always pleasant with every interaction. I am saying all this below to say I highly recommend Cosmetic Surgery Specialists of Memphis, PLLC - Dr. Peter A. Aldea, Certified and RE-certified by The American Board of Plastic Surgery for any of your cosmetic surgery needs. In 2003, my husband and I decided we would not have any more children. So, I requested an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), and my husband agreed. By referral, we met with Dr. Peter Aldea regarding the procedure. He thoroughly explained the process, and we were happy to proceed with the surgery. My results were excellent; my stomach was flat as a washboard and lasted for many, many years; however, with life, medical procedures, weight gain, and loss, my body began to change. In March 2024, twenty-one years later, I revisited Dr. Aldea for a Lipo 360 BBL procedure consultation. He thoroughly listened to my body concerns, examined my body, and described the process. He was very particular about telling me what was best for my body instead of me telling him what I wanted. I love Dr. Aldea’s frankness, the integrity of his work, and his perfectionist attitude that he would not perform a procedure that is not best for your body type. We (my husband & I) decided to proceed with the procedure. In April 2024, Dr. Aldea performed a Precision Lipo 360 BBL on me. During this procedure, he removed fat from my stomach, upper pubic area, underarms, and back and completed abdominal etching; then, he injected some of the fat into my buttocks. He did a magnificent job on my body. At four weeks post-operation, I am incredibly impressed with my new body, the healing of my body, and the care Dr. Aldea and his team provided me per surgery, during, and post-surgery. His office is stellar. Lily ensures you get your pre-surgery requirements, after-surgery texts, or any questions text, and she and Gail will ensure post-surgery appointments are set! Every post-surgery appointment was timely, and Dr. Aldea intentionally examined my body and explained each step through the healing process. Dr. Eby has even jumped in to assist with my post-surgery care. The Precision Lipo 360 BBL has been an incredible experience for me, and my husband loves the results!
