I would give more stars if it were possible. I had a extremely disheartening experience as a first time ever patient ( that needed to see a dermatologist ever in my life)last Summer at another Dermatology business in Jackson Tennessee. I will have respect to not mention the said name of the business... the reviews are speaking for themselves.... From the welcome and professionalism at the front reception desk to the Dr.. it was a warm welcome, with concerning assistants.. The Dr. was so professional, explained in detail, examined my areas of concern, answered all my questions very thoroughly!!!! I cannot speak for everyone who are patients here at Levy Jackson Tennessee Location, as everyone has varied opinions... But I commend your dedicated staff that I was blessed to meet for the first time and who helped me with important health concerns on 3/3/2025! The Dr. I saw, I thanked her for taking her time no matter how busy she was that day!!! ,as several other patients were waiting, and expressed she definitely has the personality, and knowledge that is needed in the healthcare field! From start to finish it is always a pleasant experience at Levy Dermatology. The parking is convenient, the office is clean and orderly, the staff are always efficient and friendly. P.A. Jody was excellent. She is very professional and friendly. She gives me a sense of confidence that my health and well being are in good hands. She was very accommodating and informative when answering my wife’s concerns and questions.

I began going to Levy last year and I have to say the service and customer care is EXCELLENT! The staff are all very friendly and courteous and Dr. Jodi is WONDERFUL! She’s very professional, caring, and you can tell she really cares about the needs of her patients. I can’t say enough about how great Levy Dermatology is and I Highly recommend them !

Heather was great! She explained the skin pen procedure thoroughly, answered all my questions, and made me feel more excited about it all. She made me feel less anxious during it and was so helpful with the whole process.

Levy Dermatology Jackson, TN is a wonderful place for anyone in need of their care. The staff from the front desk to the exam room is phenomenal! Their care, concern, and compassion is outstanding. Would highly recommend them to anyone!
