Dr. Williams and staff were very professional throughout my husband's office visit. They gave very clear verbal and written instructions and directions regarding the procedure and aftercare. The doctor's bedside manner was exceptional, he was very knowledgeable, and he made sure to greet, acknowledge and reassure me both before and after the procedure. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone in need of surgical services he is qualified to perform.

First time ever getting a tooth extraction, Dr.Williams is awesome. Told me he would take care of me and that's exactly what he did. Was in and out in a timely manner. He also has a sense of humor...and you don't see that with a lot of doctors.

Dr. Williams and his staff were very professional and informative before the procedure. My tooth extractions and the entire process worked seamlessly. He instructed me as to what would happen and why during the surgery as well as what I should do during recovery. After the surgery my wife and I headed to Atlanta where I am now. Recovery is going great. Smoothies and pureed meals have been my allie. Dr. Williams delivered excellent care as promised.

I had been referred to Dr. Williams to have a fractured tooth extracted. Afterwards I had three concerns. 1) The x-ray taken that day didn't show the damaged tooth. Nor had he seen the x-ray sent from the referring dentist. He told me that. He didn't seem interested at all on why or even if the tooth needed to be pulled. 2) When I woke up I found part of the tooth in my mouth. Obviously it broke apart during the extraction. Was that the only piece left in my mouth? Did I swallow other pieces? 3) After the extraction I was moved to a waiting area and told to wait until the Dr. has spoken to my wife and then I would be moved to the pick up area outside. The Dr. never spoke to my wife. She wasn't told I was moved outside until she asked. On the bright side the anesthesia nurse was very professional and personable. The rest of the staff just seemed tired. They did their job, can't fault them there. Just seemed tired. Before you put someone under and pull a tooth wouldn't you want to be sure why you were doing it? Wouldn't you want to assure your patient as to why as well?
