The Cosmetic Center At Levy Dermatology

1. On two different occasions I’ve heard the front desk talking negatively about patients using their names and identifying information. I’m a doctor in a different field and know this is a violation of HIPAA laws. Also just shows poor character. 2. They messed up with a facial on me one time and offered free dermaplaning to make up for it but when I came back for it Leigh cut off a lot of my hair with the scalpel. First photo is taken right before the dermaplaning I had months ago and second photo is how I’ve been having to regrow the hair. Had a chunk of hair sticking up like alfalfa forever while it grew out. Major difference in normal hair cycle fall out and regrowth compared to the chunk of hair obviously cut. 3. I’ve been getting Botox for four years and have gone to many different places. Twice here I’ve been left with both my eyes having the dead eye droopy effect. I showed them before and after photos and it was blamed on my atanomy even though I said I’ve never had this problem anywhere else and it’s happened two different times at Levy. They don’t take accountability for their mistakes and have poor customer care. Have been much happier elsewhere. Beware, every time I went I left with a bad experience. Wish I didn’t give them time and time again to redeem themselves.

I’d be very careful going here. They left a permanent hyperpigmentation on my face. I went in for skinpen and part of my skin ended up scabbing and peeling. Which then left a permanent hyperpigmentation that’s obvious. They put me on prescription to correct it which then came back. I tried to call and talk with the nurse practitioner who then left me a message saying that “it was outside her scope and to go next door to levy dermatology and deal with it through insurance.” Though they seem nice, I don’t think they are very knowledgeable. I didn’t like the fact they couldn’t take responsibility and try to help me fix my skin back to normal which they ruined. I would go somewhere else.

I absolutely love The Cosmetic Center at Levy Dermatology. The office is so clean and smells so nice. Ashley at the front desk is always so kind and professional. Jade is very thorough with her work. She only recommends what is needed. She always reminds me of aftercare precautions and encourages me to call if anything arises. I never have to call because she is the best. She is funny and very calming. The Cosmetic Center sells top tier products. Ashley is very knowledgeable of the products and I always buy what she recommends. I went yesterday and I walked out of there feeling my best self. High recommend!!

This place is incredible! My husband and I went in to see Lulu. The experience was outstanding and she was amazing. We enjoyed our time there and the facial even more! She did an amazing job making us feel comfortable abs explaining everything she did. The area is so clean and welcoming. The staff was friendly and upbeat. All around wonderful place!

Lauren and all of the staff at Levy are always so great! I never feel rushed and they really take the time to listen to my skincare concerns and help me come up with the best possible plan. Absolutely love my results. Also love all of the products they carry. I highly recommend them for all of your skincare needs.
