Very pleased with the whole experience at Dr. Williams. From the check in, the consultation, surgery and check out, the staff was welcoming, professional, and kind. Dr. Williams is the epitome of professionalism and his warm demeanor makes you feel at ease. He took his time to answer all my questions and concerns. The medical staff in operating room were polite, knowledgeable and did everything to make sure I was comfortable. They explained everything they were doing so I felt at ease. As I was lying on table waiting for surgery, to my surprise… it had already been completed! I don’t remember falling asleep at all. I didn’t believe it! This was the smoothest, fastest most painless surgery I’ve experienced. I truly can’t recommend Dr. Williams and his delightful staff enough. Any future oral surgeries I may need, will be done by this competent Dr. and his amazing medical staff!

I woke up FULL of anxiety and nervous this morning. When I arrived at the office, the staff was pleasant and made me feel too comfortable until I forgot WHY I was there. 😂 When meeting Dr Williams, I was very impressed with his intro!! He was friendly and professional! Once I entered the room the two assistants, OMG they were even better! I wish I remembered their names but I told them to come to my restaurant so if they see this…I mean it!!! Come by!!! I was so comfortable that when I dozed off for a minute (or so I thought) I woke up thinking he need to come on. I been laying here too long! 🤦🏾‍♀️ The young lady said I’m about to change your gauze, your surgery is done! Now that’s comfort cause I don’t even remember going into a deep sleep but just closing my eyes. Very fast and efficient! Great office! Great staff! Great Great Great!!! Dr. Williams is amazing! Him & his team had great bedside manner, the entire staff treats you like family. I’m so happy I was able to do this procedure locally versus traveling far. First week’s pain was intense but the results are so worth it. Would highly recommend!
