Refine Facial Plastic Surgery

I had a wonderful experience at the Nashville office yesterday. I was scheduled for injections. When I arrived at the office, I was warmly welcomed and offered a sparkling water. The staff was so kind and professional. I was quickly taken back to the patient room where Michele ( the injector) was waiting for me. Michelle was amazing. She took the time to get to know me and understand my goals, she educated me on what would be best. I feel very comfortable with her recommendations. Thank you again Refine for an outstanding experience!

Today was simply a follow up visit with Dr. Bryant. When I arrived, I was greeted kindly by reception, ( even offering me a beverage.) I was very early, ( due to my own mistake,) and the receptionist was so kind, and offered my husband and myself a cup of coffee, since we would be waiting a while. I’ve always experienced courteous and receptive staff during my visits to Dr. Bryant’s office.

The only reason this review gets 2 stars is because months post op, I am finally pleased with the physical results. The overall experience has been AWFUL however. A legitimate complication was not taken seriously and resulted in my having to beg to be seen by Dr. Bryant. He agreed the issue needed attention and should have been handled differently by his staff. The staff is incompetent, messed up billing more than once (double charging me!), and not one appointment has been timely. I waited an HOUR AND THIRTY MINUTES today at the Nash location and finally left the office without ever seeing the doctor. They clearly do not care about customer service, nor do they respect our time. Do your research and find a practice that is run better than this one.

Celeste Harrison-I am approaching the 12 month mark after my facelift with Dr Lucas Bryant. It has been a journey and an exciting one that has given me the desired results. From the first consultation to the last check up after surgery I could not have asked for a better experience, with Dr Bryant and his staff exceeding my expectations. In June 2023, I had a Rhinoplasty procedure, and an elective procedure. My nose was in dreadful shape, and required a four and a half hour surgery. From the beginning, Dr. Bryant was very personable, explained things in laymen’s terms, and created an easy going, yet professional environment. Once the surgery was done, I went for my follow ups as needed. I am now at my four month post op, and continue to have a great deal of swelling. I recently asked Dr Bryant if this amount of swelling was normal, and he was very upfront, saying no, but we’re working to resolve the issue, and that he does! I mentioned that my nose looks great, and he responded, ..”while your nose looks great, it must function great.” I feel very confident under his care, and trust he will do whatever necessary to ensure my nose heals correctly as intended. Dr. Bryant’s professionalism, raw talent, personable bedside manner are what makes him the best Plastic Surgeon, I know and respect.
