Lucas Bryant, MD | Refine Facial Plastic Surgery Mt. Juliet

I am two months post-op from a revision rhinoplasty with Dr. Bryant and my new nose is perfect! I’m so thankful! I reached out to his office after he did one of my coworkers’ revision rhinoplasty as well and her results were also amazing. Everyone on the staff has been so friendly and helpful including Dr. Bryant. He is very skilled and knowledgeable, I highly recommend him as a surgeon!

I received lip filler from Michelle and cannot recommend her enough! From start to finish, I had a great experience . Not only was the whole staff very welcoming, but Michelle was very attentive and personable. She took the time to understand exactly what I was wanting, explain the process and kept me informed the whole time. The results were beautiful- very natural, balanced and exactly what I wanted! If you're looking to have lip filler done, but anxious to pick the right injector, I can ensure you will love Michelle and her work!

Great place! As a former patient of Dr. Larry Young, I was worried about what would happen to patients who were transferred over to REFINE. Needless to say, they have done an amazing job of taking care of my needs and are what I would call a "go-to" for any type of needs in the areas of specialty of Dr. Bryant. Don't snooze on your opportunity to be taken care of by this amazing staff. If I could give "six stars" I would... Visit them and see for yourself!

The only reason this review gets 2 stars is because months post op, I am finally pleased with the physical results. The overall experience has been AWFUL however. Pre-surgery, the billing was a mess and the staff was incredibly incompetent. They didn’t know critical details and requirements of the surgery center which cost me hundreds of dollars more than was originally quoted. A legitimate complication was not taken seriously by staff and when I was finally seen by Dr. Bryant, he agreed the issue needed attention and should have been handled differently by his staff. The staff messed up billing more than once (double charging me!) and not one appointment has been timely. I waited 90 MINUTES before finally leaving the office without ever seeing the doctor. They clearly do not care about customer service, nor do they respect our time. Do your research and find a practice that is run better than this one.
