Pinnacle Dermatology - Mt. Juliet

I have never been to a dermatologist before so l was a little nervous, especially with the amount of skin cancer I have in my family. I came in to see Valerie O'Connell to get a few things removed. I walked in the front desk staff was very nice, and the nurse who took me back was understanding and informative. Dr O'Connell came in shortly after I talked with the nurse and was extremely friendly and understanding. Looked at my concerns, talked about what was going to happen made sure I was good with everything that was going to happen, and talked me through the procedure as she was doing it. Everything was quick, efficient, and easy. I absolutely loved my experience at Pinnacle Dermatology felt heard and the appointment was quick and efficient. Love that i have a doctor and office staff i can trust for such important appointments!

Pinnacle - Mt Juliet was so nice to get me in at the end of the day before their holiday break. I had broken out in hives and couldn't wait until after to be seen. Valerie and the entire staff were super friendly. Thank you, thank you! Cannot recommend them enough.

I saw Valerie O’Connell today and had such an incredible experience. Front desk staff was kind and warm. I was seen within 2 minutes of filling out my paperwork. Valerie and her nurse had wonderful energy, they addressed my questions right away, and I was out within 6 minutes (but did not feel like I was being rushed out). I highly recommend and will definitely go back here moving forward!!

Upon walking in, the front desk staff were nice and welcoming. I didn't have to wait long before I was called to a room. The nurse asking me questions continued to talk over me and answer her own questions. I couldn't get a full sentence out. When the doctor came in, Emma Pierce, she started pulling the gown up and down without warning me or explaining what she was doing. When the nurse and doctor left, I began changing back into my clothes and seconds later the nurse opened the door without even knocking. I was completely naked and visible to the other staff in the facility. She quickly apologized and shut the door. I walked out of the exam room feeling completely violated and uncomfortable. I've never had medical staff barge in unannounced and without knocking first. Completely unprofessional.

No wait. Staff is friendly and helpful. Valerie O’Connell PA-C is a phenomenal provider. Highly recommended her and this office.
