Angela took the time to really listen to my concerns, and I never felt rushed. She explained everything clearly and in detail, ensuring I understood the specifics of the process. I truly appreciate her patience, knowledge and compassionate approach. I left feeling confident and well informed! I highly recommend Genesis and Angela to anyone seeking top notch healthcare.
