Pinnacle Dermatology - Murfreesboro

I have been going to Pinnacle for over 3 years now. They are wonderful. They always listen to me. They always take time to explain things to me and answer all my questions. I never leave confused or frustrated. I feel that I am listened to and am treated with respect and dignity due to all patients.

This was my second visit to Pinnacle Dermatology in Murfreesboro, on Nov 12, 2024, and to say the least this visit was not good at all. The Nurse practitioner I seen was not as compassionate as I thought she should be, she did the exam for the reason I came in for, and did not have a positive feedback and I understand that, but she did not suggest anything I could try to do to help with my issue. I had to ask her about what I could do or continue to do going forward. There was another young lady that came in the exam room with her, and she did not introduce her nor did the young lady introduce herself to me. I have seen other physicians that have had other doctors come in the exam room, but that have done me the courtesy of letting me know who they were. The way the world is today, we look to be treated with compassion and more caring than we give each other, because the same thing I am going through that could be you or a family member of yours going through the same thing. And we all don't all ways hear what we want to hear , but when you have to tell a person the negative things of course apologize that this is the out come, but come back with, I can recommend you try this or that, and be understanding. This review is not to get anyone in any trouble, and I don't normally do reviews, but I had said if I received a email asking about my service, that was my indication that this review needed to be done. (Treat people the way you want to be treated).

The front office staff is fine, and the Drs. and nurses are all great to work with, but the billing department is atrocious. I continue getting all kinds of random bills from Pinnacle and their labs for an appointment I had over six months ago. Every time I think I've paid everything that is owed, I get yet another bill in the mail. There was no upfront disclosure of how much my services would cost. This is shameful, deceptive, and unfair. My advice to anyone out there is to stay away from this place!!

My visit today was very efficient and friendly. I didn’t have any wait very long at all. Nurse was very friendly. My doctor was awesome I use to see her years ago in the Smyrna office.We moved to Shelbyville and I started using the Manchester office. Now I am in Murfreesboro and switched offices again. Great visit today!
