We drive way out of our way to see Taylor for my teenage twins. After years of struggling with acne, she helped us get set up for BBL treatments. Within 10 days after the first treatment, we could already tell a difference! I wish we had found her before all the scarring happened. So thankful for all her knowledge and eagerness to help!

I really like Dr. Nelson...when I'm able to see him. However, these people do not know how to schedule. Every time I've set an appointment with Dr. Nelson, I've had to wait nearly an hour. The last time, I finally got up disgusted, canceled my appointment and did not re-schedule. They don't know how to manage an appointment schedule...or they are being instructed to overbook. Won't be back.

The staff is amazing! The front desk staff is efficient and friendly, the nurses are incredible listeners, and the doctor was gentle and answered all of my questions. The turn around time for prescriptions is impressively fast. Don't forget to fill out your new patient paperwork online! I will admit, the wait time to be called into a room was long, about 30 minutes after my appointment time. I'm not sure if that was only my experience, but once I was in a room, I didn't have to wait long for a nurse, or for the doctor!

I had to wait over an hour and a half just to be seen! My appointment was scheduled for the early morning. I am tired of medical offices and the lack of concern when it comes to our time. Unprofessional. The doctor and nurses are nice, but this will be my last visit.
