Ideal Image Nashville

I’ve been an Ideal Image client for over 6 years. The Nashville facility I must say is the best I’ve been treated . I was created quickly then met with Vinny for my consultation. Patiently helped worked with me planning my procedure that day and upcoming visits. He is very informative and his skills with a needle are the best in my 28 yrs of receiving Botox. The facility is clean, stocks a vast array of upscale products and the staff extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Looking forward to my upcoming procedures!! Very well run facility!!!

Below is my old review I gave almost 2 weeks ago. After creating a fuss about my issue and giving an online review, I was able to cancel my service plan with Ideal Image ( I canceled my service plan before the first service) and was able to get my refund. I also received a confirmation email from Ideal Image and a call from the financing company. Thank you for taking care of this matter, although it made me super anxious. I usually do not post reviews for anything. But Ideal Image is a Scam, and please run away. When they have to get a client, they would call you and bombard you with their text messages. They asked me to sign a contract without telling me the conditions and sending me a copy of the contract. Also, they set me up on a payment plan and took the first payment from my credit card. they also told me if I wanted to cancel my services, I could call them back and services would be canceled and they would issue me a refund. And I am supposed to do that before I receive the first service. After reading horrible online reviews I decided to cancel the services. I requested a refund and now nobody is providing any information and sending even a confirmation email or text message. This looks very shady. If I get my refund and everything goes well, I will come and give another review, but Ideal Image is very shady and I would like everyone to run away from them. I wish I did not have to give them even a single star but my review won't be posted without it.

Vinny and the ladies are wonderful. I’m always greeted with a smile and positive energy. I have gotten microneedling and laser, they always manage to make the pain a bit more pleasant. The office is clean and the rooms are immaculate. If you have been thinking about any of their services, JUST DO IT! Run, don’t walk. :)

I have always had such a great experience with this location, Kenzie is so sweet and did such a great job helping me get rid of unwanted hair. I recommend Ideal Image if you are just now looking into laser hair removal and are debating on where to get it done. I also really love that I'm able to get touch up treatments as time goes on after the initial treatment process.

So first off I want to say that Dina is amazing. She did my lip filler a week ago and told me when she did them that I should have probably bought 2 syringes and I asked her specifically if I bought another syringe in a week or two could she put more in so that I can get the results that I was looking for and she said yes that she could and I waited a week to see what they were going to look like after the swelling went down and needless to say I did not get the full luscious lips that I wanted but I was expecting this since Dina told me up front that I needed more so I called today to buy another syringe and the girl who answered the phone proceeded to tell me that I have to wait 3-4 months before I can receive any more filler and then when I told her that I wasn’t happy with my results she said let me make you an appointment and she then informs me that they have no appointments until the end of April and she said that she would check with one of her nurses to see if they can work me in and I asked to speak with the manager and she said that he wasn’t in the office right now and then she says that she will be communicating with him about trying to get me a sooner appointment and I told her that I would rather speak to the manager himself and she says that she will have him call me and I just don’t understand why it is that they have no appointments for 2 months because when I called for my first appointment I called on a Saturday and had an appointment on Monday so I’m just confused as to why the young lady I spoke with was not helpful at all I mean I’m not satisfied with my results yet I’m calling you to set up another appointment and I was basically told no and I’ve only been doing cosmetic procedures done for about 6 months or so but I know that both places that I have gone to get Botox if called them that they would get me in asap because I know me personally I would not turn away a paying customer no matter the circumstances and I know that this was my first time going to ideal image and I really hope that it’s not my last but if they don’t get me the results that I’m wanting it will be my last time going here and it’s a shame because I’m a really good customer and I really did like Dina..Thanks so much..
