I’ve always been self-conscious about the veins in my legs, and a previous visit to a local doctor left me feeling dismissed and blamed for my condition, attributing it solely to weight. It was disheartening, and for a while, I accepted that I might always feel embarrassed about my legs. However, a couple of years later, I started experiencing restless leg syndrome, which led me to research Nashville doctors—and that’s how I found Dr. Siragusa. From the moment I walked into his office, the experience was a complete turnaround. The front office staff and nurses were incredibly welcoming, making me feel cared for right away. I ended up having five procedures in total, and after just the first one, my restless leg symptoms improved tremendously! I was truly astonished. Great experience with Dr. Siragusa and all his staff in Hermitage! Very professional, knowledgeable and, most of all, friendly! I visited for varicous veins. They performed a thorough ultrasound on both legs to determine proper circulation and what was causing the varicous. They found a vein that wasn't working properly and was able to shut it down and, when healed, removed a rather large varicous. All of this is done in-office in a matter of a few minutes each time with no pain (except the prick of the numbing shots). You wear a compression sleeve for a week, and that's pretty much it! The ugly varicous is gone, and my leg looks great! I'll be going back for my spider veins!

I would give more than 5 stars and drive from 3 hours away for this practice! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Dr. Siragusa and his nurse, Jessica, are truly amazing! From my vein procedures to their compassionate care, they made me feel completely at ease. I tend to get really anxious about treatments, but they both took the time to explain everything, helping me feel comfortable every step of the way. I didn’t even realize how much pain I was living with until it was gone! Their expertise and care made such a difference in my life. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for top-notch care with a personal touch.
