After a botched breast reduction in 2022 with another surgeon Dr. Cash did an amazing revision. I got a mastopexy augmentation and my results are absolutely beautiful. His staff were kind & always there to answer my questions in a timely manner. I have nothing but positive feedback! I highly recommend him! I am also a Nashville native so the entire process was a breeze.

I had jaw surgery performed by Dr Cash in October. I needed a plate installed for a cracked mandible. He answered all my questions before surgery and the surgery was a great success. Having my jaw wired shut for 6 months was a painstaking ordeal but my appointments leading up to having wires and anchors removed were on time and his staff was more than friendly. His bedside manner is very friendly and reassuring, he is never in a rush. I would highly recommend him to anyone going through a similar medical condition. I would give him 10 Stars if I could. Dr Cash is a very personable. Kind and courteous is he. He has your best interest at heart. He may be young and good looking, but very knowledgeable and caring for his patients.

I had a consultation with Dr Cash and his nurse Danielle and I could not have had a better experience. Nurse Danielle is a very big girls girl and she will be honest with you and make you feel very secure with your own decision, I appreciated that so much since I'm in my 20s for a breast reduction! Dr Cash is awesome and made sure ALL of my questions had an answer. He even spoke with my mother on the phone about the entire process since she could not be there. They made me feel so comfortable and were honest with me the entire time. My insurance accepted and we booked the surgery for summer, allowing for time to heal away from school. I am so excited and FULLY trust Dr Cash and his team!
