We love Dr. Lohrey! We’ve been coming to her since she opened her practice in Nashville. Both my husband & daughter love her. She has been with Dr. Lohrey since she was 16. Dr.Lohrey has seen her through a couple of major dx and her sensitivity and interest in my daughter’s health has seen us through those tough times. We highly recommend her!

Dr. Lohrey is very personable and is genuinely concerned about your overall health and wellness. She conducts more test and is more thorough than my previous doctor. I appreciate her knowledge and experience. I highly recommend her services

I can’t speak to the care provided at this facility, but their scheduling operations could use some work. I made an appointment for an annual exam two weeks ago. Multiple calls and messages to confirm and I got there 10 minutes early. I get the paperwork and they immediately let me know there’s no time for an annual exam today. Okay but I just took off work early and drove 45 minutes to get here so WTF?? “We can still do an office visit but it’s $30 up front”. Okay but I just want the annual exam I made an appointment for. “There’s no way to know if there’s time until you’re back there”. Excuse me, what?! Make it make sense. Guess I’ll keep looking for a new provider. Fortunately they are on every corner like a fast food joint. Unfortunately the service is about the same these days. Tread carefully with this place, folks!

Kendra is always so friendly and positive, and Dr. Lohrey was very professional going over my chart and explaining that next year my second yearly visit can be on line.

The PA that works here is great, but Charlotte Lohrey was very standoffish and blunt. She spent less than 5 minutes with me and didn’t do any exam. Her bedside manner was terrible, and she seemed annoyed with me just for being there. From reading other reviews, she is clearly very nice and attentive to some patients so I was surprised by her demeanor. It sounds like you only get good care of she decides she likes you. 🙁
