My experience at Vitality Wellness Spa was 10/10 would most certainly recommend! From walking in to walking out I was impressed. I felt very welcomed and comfortable during my first visit! I was greeted very professionally and with a smile at the front desk on arrival by the friendliest Harley. Then I was taken to a room by Alyssa who was excellent at patient care and explained my procedure very thoroughly. She calmed my nerves due to this being my first injection and she numbed me to prepare for my injection. Alyssa really made me feel safe during my whole visit. She even held my hand! My injection was done by Cheyenne who made sure I was very well taken care of and numb before my injection. She was super sweet and very thorough while explaining possible side effects and making me feel comfortable since this was my first injection. She answered every question I had and has excellent bed side manor! These ladies are the best! I already have my next appointment booked in two weeks! (:

I’ve been coming to Vitality wellness spa for a little over a year now & I love all the girls there!! As far as services, I come in every 3 months for my Botox with Cheyenne she’s awesome, I see Alyssa for my vitamin injections (which are always a breeze & NEVER hurt), and I see Harley for all my facials and anything skin related!! Would totally recommend coming here!!

Why drive to West Knoxville and pay those high $$$ prices when you can get the same high quality close to home!!!! The staff is very skilled , educated, and friendly.
