Professional and patient staff! They were available for my questions and concerns. I took my son in and he wanted to gaze out of the window. One staff member was so thoughtful to pull the blinds up for him. The front desk immediately remembered us from a few years back, so that left us with a warm feeling. I feel listened to when I come here. They even offer other solutions or creams I didn't know I had the option of having or choosing. Thank you, Pinnacle!

Great experience! I had an 8 A.M. appointment and arrived around 20 min early. Was greeted by front desk and checked in immediately. Barely had time to sit down and they were calling me back. Once in the room my issue was taken care of and even had a biopsy done and was out to the car by 8. Everyone was very friendly. Would definitely recommend if you have any dermatology needs!

I had an appointment for early today. Despite filling out accurate information to schedule my appointment. They did not update anything. When I arrived I was told they no longer accept my insurance. But if I wanted to self pay it’d be around $300 just to be seen. Seems like poor practice to not make sure the right information is updated so that people are not wasting their time.

From the time I entered the office, I felt welcomed. I checked in immediately and wait time was minimal. The nurse and doctor were caring and explained what would happen at each step. Their concern for my well being was shown during the exam. I will be back for any future issues. Their reassurance was appreciated. I would recommend them.

From The staff to the Doctor her self, everyone was friendly and professional. They don't wast your time and the Doctor gets right to the issue and solution. Great place. Probably could have more signs up showing the exact location of office but other than that it was very much worth my time and money. Really like these folks!!
