I really like how the office works. I'm able to pre-register online and then a quick look over by receptionist and then I'm ready to see the doctor. And probably 10 minutes later I'm called in for my appointment. I really like this doctor and her assistants.

After praying and asking JESUS To direct me to the Right Doctor for a skin Issue. My experience started when I walked into Skin Solutions in Franklin (which I didn’t know Existed) , I was able to get an appointment at the Smyrna location. From the scheduling Operators, (Who didn’t mind my calling to check for cancels and worked diligently to get me in) to the Receptionist, Assistant and Dr Carrie Byrd, it was an AWESOME Experience.
