Love Andrea and Catch Salon. I can call her anytime in a crisis and she helps me immediately. Last week my hairdryer of 13 years died. She suggested the one she sells in her salon and it’s perfect! Powerful and quiet. To quote my husband “ it’s so quiet, drying your hair with the door open is less noise than your old dryer with door closed”.

Been going to Andrea for years now! She saved my hair from a previous salon! She is consistent, fast and always has great suggestions! She is simply the BEST!!! I highly recommend her to everyone!! 10 Stars to her and her salon!!! Also, check out her NAD plus shots!!! Life saving!!

I have been going to Andrea for over 10 plus years and have followed her as she has grown her business to what it is today. I consider her a family friend and even my husband will only use her for his haircuts. She is knowledgeable, helpful with hair, makeup and salon advice and Id never consider going anywhere else. She is honest with her clients about what to expect with her service and I have seen first hand how some clients refuse to accept her experience and knowledge when it comes to hair and get mad when the result is not what they saw in a magazine somewhere despite being forewarned beforehand that cuts and color are not a one size fit all. She is honest and upfront with a clients request so that if its not able to be done she will not jeopardize her name and business just for the sake of trying to please an unreasonable client just for the sake of the sale. I don't even come in to my appointments anymore with ideas..I just let her do her thing and trust her process to be the best for my lifestyle and hair that is seasonally appropriate and up to date because if I was good at doing hair myself I wouldnt be in Andrea's chair in the first place. You want a crappy cut and color go to the revolving door chains. If you want a relationship with your stylist like you do your own family doctor then you go see Andrea and trust her trained expertise. From all the other reviews I've read giving any less than 5 stars its clear these former clients have unreasonable expectations with zero experience in a salon and probably bounce frequently from chair to chair in other places looking for the unattainable unicorn. (A.K.A. give me what I want or else mentality) If everyone could achieve supermodel hair status just from simply wanting it then I guess we'd all be walking a runway somewhere. Since we aren't...sit down, shut up and let her work the magic she CAN do working with what she's got and be thankful you found such a gem in the first place. I ALWAYS get compliments on my hair after seeing her. She is the best!

I had the most awesome facial yesterday with Heather. It was such an amazing experience! I felt like a VIP! Andrea is such an inspiration! What a wonderful and beautiful business she has built!

I moved here from Chicago two years ago and I was referred to Andrea! I drive about an hour to the salon but it is definitely worth it! Andrea does amazing work, she has a true gift and cares about her clients. I have long blonde hair but we recently put extensions in and I get compliments all the time! I don’t think I will ever be able to go without them:) I highly recommend Catch Salon/Andrea! I’m so happy I found her!!!!!!
