Cumberland Skin Surgery and Dermatology - Spring Hill

Great experience. I had a Basal cell removed from my ear. It took most of the morning and 15 stiches later I was good as new. My doctor was warm and attentive. She made the entire experience go smoothly and given the circumstance it went extremely well. I would recommend this Dermatology skin clinic to anyone having surgery.

Dr. Mayo has the best bed side manner. She explains everything, makes sure you have no questions and makes you feel 100% comfortable while she completes the procedure. So very personable !! Her staff was amazing as well.

Convenient location on Main St. with plenty of parking spaces. For my first visit, the staff was welcoming and very kind. Check-in procedure was quick and simple. My wait was short before being escorted into a patient room. Evaluating nurse was very kind and efficient. Doctor came in quickly after evaluation. She listened to my questions and concerns. As of right now, I highly recommend to facility.

I highly recommend Cumberland Skin Surgery and Dermatology in Spring Hill. My husband and I have gone to their group now for over two years and we have had exception care every time. We also have several friends that go there and they have been very happy with the care they have received. The certified Physician Assistant Callie Graves is wonderful! The nursing and front desk staff are very caring.

I’m so disappointed in the service we have gotten from this practice. My daughter is on accutane and there is a very strict deadline to get the RX filled. They almost missed the deadline the first month because they were unable to enter her information into the system that tracks health data for verification before the rx can be filled. I called multiple times to get the dosage prescribed because you have to call around pharmacies to see who has it in stock before the doctor sends it in. I never get call backs from the accutane nurse. This second month the cutoff was missed because the nurse never called me back to find out the pharmacy that had it in stock and to fix the information that was AGAIN incorrect on her form for labs to be done. Now we have to wait another whole month before getting the rx because of their unwillingness to take the urgency of this rx seriously. I love to leave good reviews, but I feel like this needs to be addressed since I can’t ever get a simple call back to voice my concerns directly.
