VXO Lash and Med Spa

I had the most amazing facial experience with Fatima at VXO Spa! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Fatima is extremely knowledgeable about skincare and took the time to assess my skin’s needs before customizing the perfect treatment. She explained every step of the process, giving me great tips on how to maintain healthy, glowing skin at home. My face has never felt so refreshed and rejuvenated! The entire experience was relaxing, and her expertise truly shows in the results. I highly recommend Fatima to anyone looking for top-notch skincare, she’s a gem! Can’t wait for my next visit!

I left a deposit for a follow up appointment. Tech failed to make follow up appointment, two weeks out. I arrived for appointment, waited 15 minutes and was handed a business card and told to call owner. I called and left email with no response. The only way to reschedule an appointment is a deposit of $25. Really poor communication and failure of return deposit. I did call last minute regarding my first appointment and had an immediate response. I do believe it’s a result of poor training. To bad.

At my first visit yesterday, the technician was awesome! She was so friendly and gentle and definitely knows what she’s doing. However, I will admit that I didn’t leave super impressed with my results. Seeing pictures and reviews of this salon’s work, I knew this had to be a fluke. I reached out to the owner the next day and she was able to squeeze me in to fix the issue completely free. We decided the best solution based on the condition of my lashes would be a set of classic lash extensions. And y’all…. I literally had to give myself a double take because I was SHOCKED at how gorgeous my lashes look!! Wherever you go, mistakes/miscalculations are sometimes made and that does NOT always mean it’s a skill issue. Whether it be formula, shield size, processing time etc.. But you can be sure that this salon will figure out how to make it right for you on the rare occasion you don’t leave happy. Because of that, I will definitely be coming back here in the future!!

I had my lashes done by Rose at VXO Lash and Spa right before I went on a scuba diving trip to the Bahamas. I just got them filled again today. Love them and this place. My eyes look and feel great with no fuss and no runny mascara to leave smudges. 💞 The pic with the tank is right after I got out of the ocean from dive number one. The other pic is after being in and out of the pool and the final one is going out at night. All the same lashes with no fuss and they held up perfectly and I am a fan of lash extensions here for sure!

Aimee is amazing, I like how she remembered how I prefer my lashes. Very kind and professional. 💕 I usually just get a classic set add additional wispy lashes& eye brow wax. Good pricing as well!
