I went to Dr. Trussler in May feeling extremely unhappy, self conscious, and in pain from my large breasts. I did not know exactly what needed to be done and thought maybe a lift is what I needed. At my consultation Dr. Trussler was very honest and told me I would not be happy with the results of a lift and I needed a reduction. I had tried to get insurance to cover a reduction the summer before with a different surgeon and was denied. Dr. Trussler re assured me that he thought I was a great candidate and Mandy, who handles the insurance cases, submitted my case. Dealing with my insurance company was not easy, Mandy was very communicative with me throughout the entire process and kept me in the loop the entire time. After my insurance denied me, Dr. Trussler appealed it and had a call with my insurance company and got me approved! We scheduled my surgery for the next week. My results are AMAZING. I didn’t specify what exact size I wanted and I trusted Dr. Trussler to make them the right size for my body which he definitely did. I seriously could not be happier with how they look. Everyone at his office has been so kind at all my post op appointments. I would recommend Dr. Trussler to anyone in need of plastic surgery in the Austin area!
