I absolutely loved working with the Walden team in Westlake. The office is stunning, the costs are reasonable and the nurses are angels on earth. Dr. Walden is extremely skilled and knows what she is doing while giving it to you straight and talking to you like a human being. Her nurses answered months worth of questions I have via email, were so gentle with me on operating day and even the front desk staff were friendly and accommodating.

Dr. Walden and her staff are incredible! This is a solid team. I had received two quotes for a hernia removal and mommy makeover that involved a ton of cutting and I felt disheartened. When I visited Dr. Walden, she made a couple of suggestions for my surgery that were conservative and not overpriced. I moved forward with this team. Thank you is not enough to express the gratitude to the work Dr. Walden and her staff did for me. She gave me my body back!! It is lifechanging. I am forever grateful.

I really hate doing this but I feel how the staff has no remorse or care in the world for the clients is so sad. I had my breast implants done a few years ago with Dr. Walden and she really was so sweet and helpful when I needed anything. The problem has always been the staff. When waking up from surgery I could hear the girls talking so bad about me not waking up, I was awake I just couldn't move. When I mumbled I was awake and could hear them, they rushed me out of there while I could barely sit up from the pain I was in. I'm very passive and didn't say anything to them and I knew I had to come back for my follow up and would see all of them, so I didn't want to make things awkward. Since I was coming in often for breast check ups and ultrasounds I decided to get my lip fillers done here, which has been a huge mistake. The first girl did an amazing job but Jan of 2023, I had a different girl that messed up so bad I was forced to buy a whole other syringe for $600 just to even out what she had messed up. I was never offered an apology or discount for the second syringe I should have not needed due to her mistake. When I called today 8/30/24 to see if my syringe was going to expire soon the girl that answered said it was thrown out. I asked her why they don't notify the clients when they are doing so and she had no answer. I basically wasted $600 and was told there was nothing they could do. She had an "I don't care" attitude with no remorse. I really don't like leaving bad reviews but I believe the staff definitely needs help, there were many other things I experienced but stayed quiet because I didn't want to make a big deal about it, but this was the straw that broke the camels back. Just want people to know.

I could not recommend this place enough! I had a breast augmentation at the beginning of December and I am already so happy with my results. I felt that Dr. Walden really took the time to understand what I wanted and exceeded my expectations. My nurse, Rachel, was absolutely amazing and made me feel so comfortable while I was recovering. She was always available to answer any of my questions pre/post op and eased so much of my anxiety through this process. Every staff member I encountered at Dr. Walden’s were very professional and kind. I would recommend Dr. Walden’s not only for the fantastic results but also for the care, concern and bedside manner of her and her staff.
