Jeannie is wonderful. I’ve been going to her regularly for my facials and it’s a great experience. Most recently I had my skin tags removed by her and she got every single one! My skin is smooth and I am seriously reconsidering wearing makeup on a regular basis … because what’s the point? Thanks Jeannie for all the great work !

Went here for acne and scars. Jeannie sold me 400 dollars worth of products and I was already told from many others that aestheticians will just upsell products to make money. I gave her the benefit of the doubt but should have listened to others. I followed the instructions given by her and have been using them for close to 4-5 months now. I kept thinking I am just purging and it will get better. I kept even asking if it is normal and she kept saying it was. I was told to exfoliate twice a day every day, and on top of that use other harsh products like retinol and another exfoliater. Every other day with no moisturizer. I really had hope because I put my trust in her. I eventually went to a dermatologist and told me that my moisture barrier was severely damaged and that exfoliating excessively like that is terrible for anyone. On top of that told me no moisturizer which is not ok with using retinol especially. My face was worst than it's been ever and I am honestly very disappointed because she just sold me $400 worth of "high end" products to make money off of me. Listened to my dermatologist and simplified my routine to just gentle cleanser and moisturizer. It's already so much better than before. Sad that she took advantage of me. She could have started me off with something small. Instead kept adding everything she had and I am glad I didn't spend the original $700 dollars worth of garbage she was going to sell me. Lesson learned.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the results of the Botox appointment I had on November 14. I invested over $400 in the procedure, expecting results that aligned with previous experiences. However, it's been a little over a month, and the longevity of the effects appears significantly shorter than anticipated. Having had Botox treatments in the past, which lasted 5 to 6 months at a lower cost, the current outcome raises concerns about the value of the service provided. I feel there may have been an overcharge, considering the results only lasted 5 to 6 weeks. During our initial consultation, I wasn't informed that additional product might be necessary. When I expressed my dissatisfaction and sought clarification, I was told that I could come back for more, which seemed unexpected given the substantial cost already incurred. Regrettably, I opted not to proceed with the follow-up appointment due to concerns about the resolution process. Trust is crucial in such matters, and at this point, I feel more comfortable returning to my previous provider, where I believe there was a higher level of integrity, and the results lasted longer
