The very best Dr. & staff. I would highly recommend her. She is very well educated highly respected in the medical community, kind, caring and answers every single question you may have. The results of my eye surgery are phenomenal. If I could give her & her staff 10 stars, I would. She is the absolute BEST!!!!

Dr. Amato and her staff are so friendly and personable. My waiting time was very short for my follow-up office visit. I'm very pleased with the procedure that I had done.

This review is not reflective of the doctor (s) at this practice. It is reflective of the person in charge of scheduling and setting up appointments (Kendall). I reached out to this office on June 11, 2024 regarding a procedure to treat eye lid twitching and also wanted a consultation for lower blepharoplasty. I was called back and was told I needed a referral by an ophthalmologist. I asked if this office could refer me to someone and was referred to the Eye Clinic of Austin. I saw a doctor at this location on June 14, 2024 and asked them to send a referral to Dr. Malena Amato for review. I called back on this date and was told the referral had not been received and was told I needed an additional referral by a neurologist as well, which was not conveyed to me on June 11th during the initial conversation. I had also tried scheduling an appointment / consultation for lower blepharoplasty to no avail. I made one more attempt to contact this office but did not hear back from them. Another review mentioned that the person handling the front desk was unprofessional, and I would like this review to concur.

Dr Amato and all of her staff are genuinely kind and professional. I have had 2 different surgeries with Dr A and my results both times couldn't have been better! She is very attentive to details! She and the staff are great axfollow-up calls and, when you call, you get a staff member, not a machine! I highly recommend Dr Amato!

Dr. Amato is the best at what she does and her staff is top notch. They are very detailed and dedicated to giving you the best outcome. I recently had an upper blepharoplasty, and couldn't be more pleased with my results. As a medical professional myself, I did my research, and having several patients that I see that have had excellent results with Dr. Amato, I knew she was the best choice. I couldn't recommend her more and will continue to refer my ocular plastic patients to her.
