I love Nature of Skin, Dr. Obayan is an incredibly kind and skilled professional that’s given me amazing insight into my black skin. My acne is consistently at bay and due to my treatment plan my skin just glows! Also her staff all seem genuinely happy to work there and are extremely friendly :)

The whole staff was amazing prompt an efficient. That atmosphere was pleasant. The Doctor was Outstanding and very knowledgeable and very attentive . OUTSTANDING!!!!!

I've been a patient at Nature of Skin for a few years. The doctor is just okay. The appointments are usually really brief. However, I've found the front desk staff inefficient and unnecessarily rude. Recently, I was informed that I had an outstanding balance for a co-pay. Honestly, I moved their emails and texts to spam because they send too many promotional emails, so I was genuinely unaware of the balance. A female staff member very rudely informed me that I needed to pay the outstanding balance and then call them back to see if MAYBE she could schedule an appointment. I asked for clarification on the "maybe" and, in a condescending tone, she said that she didn't know the policy on scheduling patients sent to collections. The collection agency informed me the account had just been received that week, so they hadn't sent out billing information yet. I settled the $65 balance but made an appointment with a different dermatology office. The doctors at Nature of Skin can thank their front desk staff for losing a patient. The staff member I spoke with seems to lack power in her own life and feels the need to talk down to others to feel important. Good riddance.

Great welcome to the office starting from the lady at check in greeting you with a smile! Get to the back and the next person, thoroughly reviews your information and ask for any updates and the doctor comes in lastly but not least, greets you with a smile and warm inviting welcome to discuss your prognosis from before. Positive follow up report! Shows deep concern and interest in the care for your visit!!!!
