Wow, I am so impressed by this office. From start to finish my visit was a great experience. I had a mole that was causing me a lot of stress and I finally made an appointment. The staff is so welcoming and kind, I was immediately at ease. Dr. Straight is wonderful at her job - her bedside manner is unparalleled. She communicated everything she was doing throughout my exam, and my biopsy was completely painless. Thorough aftercare instructions were provided and, as an out of pocket patient, I was blown away by how affordable my visit was. I’m almost sad that I don’t have to come back until next year! Thank you to the whole team at Pure for being so good at what you do.

Very positive experience. The physician very knowledgeable and attentive, I felt in good hands. The Assistant to him was outstanding, She goes beyond expectations, friendly, professional, good listener, eager to help. She injected the anesthesia with care, expertise and compassion. I think she has a great future in the healthcare field, we need people like her everywhere in our country specially in the medical profession. Thank you!!

I had a wonderful experience with Pure Dermatology! The office staff were attentive and friendly. Dr. Chelsey Straight was very kind and answered all my questions during my consultation. When I came back for my procedure, they walked me through each step of the way, and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. Dr. Straight just has a gentle way about her and I'm so glad I made the drive to see her. Highly recommend!

I love this practice. I live almost to Cedar Park, and I make the trip here specifically for the care and treatments I receive from Dr. Chu & Dr. Straight. The staff are professional, thorough, and are excellent extensions of the physicians. I cannot recommend them enough!

LOVE this place! I went a few months ago for consult regarding a cyst on my head and just recently returned for the excision procedure. Had a great experience both times. Kelly up front was very helpful with scheduling, the Medical Assistants are wonderful, and I adore Dr Straight. She is informative, listens well, and is very personable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
