Revelus Dermatology

I have been seeing Dr. Patel for a few years and wish she could be my doctor for everything. On top of being one of the most knowledgeable dermatologists I've had (and I've had many over the last 25 years), she is also one of the most kind and patient. I never feel rushed, she answers all of my questions, she has gone above and beyond to fill out paperwork for me, and always thoroughly explains treatment options. I cannot say enough great things about her. Moreover, the staff at Revelus are great - friendly, professional, and helpful. I highly, highly recommend this office.

Had a wonderful experience. Everyone was so kind and very personable but very efficient. Pristine/modern offices that made you feel everything was clean and sterile. Very Happy to have them on my side.

Dr Richardson is such a sweet heart, just love her. Her nurse was so nice too. It was an enjoyable visit and I highly recommend this place.

Overall my experience at Revelus has been good. Dr. Patel has been my dermatologist for a few years and has always been helpful. The new office is nice as well. Unfortunately the dark-haired receptionist with glasses was a questionable hire. She gets defensive about and cannot answer simple, mundane questions pertaining to paper work. Quite a bit more training (or replacement) and this place is 5 stars!

I’ve been coming to this place for years and never had any issues but something must have been in the air today because Marcy at the front desk was the opposite of helpful. I previously called with a question for the staff that might have caused me to change my appointment but never received a return call. When I pointed this out to the Marcy at the front desk, I was told it was it was my responsibility and I would be charged $50 to change the appointment now. I’m don’t understand how the onus is on me as a customer to continuously call you to help me with your service. I ended up going through with the appointment but left unhappy with how Marcy handled the situation. Since I’m not that important to get a call back, might be time to find another office with better customer service skills.
