I had a wonderful experience. I had breast implants done and I was very nervous about all of it from the surgery to recovery. The surgery was such an easy process. The staff and doctor answered any questions I had no matter how silly and worked with my hectic schedule for followup appointments. Trying to decide the correct size with the staff was like I was doing it with friends. They were so sweet and patient. I had very mild pain from the surgery and seemed to heal quickly. My results are amazing and I'm so pleased. I have already pointed other friends towards Synergy Plastic Surgery.

I had been thinking of having a breast augmentation for several years. I had 6 different consultations with plastic surgeons and Dr. Kerr and his entire staff made me so comfortable and confident that I finally was able to do it. His nurses spent a long time helping me decide exactly what size I wanted. They were very patient with me because I kept changing my mind about size which helped me feel even more confident. Dr. Kerr did an amazing job! The results were even better than I had hoped for. AND I was back to running much sooner than anticipated. I can’t recommend Dr. Kerr and Synergy highly enough.

I honestly could not have asked for a smoother experience. Dr. Kerr was great about listening to my thoughts and making sure I had realistic expectations and made sure I knew what to expect about the surgery itself, the healing, and the result process. The surgery itself was super easy (for me at least :)) and the healing process went very smoothly with both my nose and my breasts; I didn't even need to use all my pain meds! The staff is amazing and always ready to answer any questions or address concerns and when my nose cast fell off early Dr. Kerr was able to get me in immediately without any long wait. If you're thinking about getting any cosmetic surgery, I'd suggest asking about what Dr. Kerr thinks would be best, how you can best improve your look, and explore the options you're given, because you won't be disappointed.

Anyone who may be struggling to find a Plastic Surgeon, look no further! Dr. Kerr, along with his Synergy Plastic Surgery team are truly wonderful. I was needing a Breast Augmentation Revision with Breast lift. I already had implants, but with 2 pregnancys, gravity working against me and the fact my implants were 17 yrs old, I needed help, I'm only 42 years old. Prior to me finding Dr. Kerr, a friend of mine referred me to a plastic surgeon she had used. I had 2 doctors I was trying to research before the scheduled consultations I had with each of them. (I like to absorb as much information so I feel confident & comfortable) The Plastic Surgeon my friend referred had extremely minimal info on himself, no website, one photo of work, I was only able to find Yelp reviews. That was not comforting in the least, but I chose to try and keep an open mind, even though this alarmed me. Dr. Kerr on the other hand has quite an impressive background. He's featured on the cover of MD Magazine with an amazing article, TLC "Skin Tight", Synergy Plastic Surgery website provides a personal bio of him and the other surgeons on his team, there are before/after photos of many different procedures he specializes in, there were also patient video testimonials I watched. These things are very beneficial when someone is trying to make a big decision. Reading reviews are an added bonus following information provided online to potential patients who are searching. Here is my experience and why I'm elated I chose Synergy Plastic Surgery, Dr. Malone Kerr!! Consult with "referred" plastic surgeon took place first. The office did not extend appt confirmation, I had to call them, overall experience was chaotic and disorganized. I immediately knew it was not a good match as the 2 1/2 hour consultation finally came to a close (longest consult I've ever experienced and I hardly talked.) Conversation was more about his life rather than why I was there. I was hopeful initially but intuition screamed this surgeon was not for me as I drove back home. Too many red flags for my comfort. Moving on to the GREAT news! The following afternoon, I had a consultation appt with Dr. Mahlone Kerr. Dr. Kerr and his staff are prompt, organized, friendly & courteous, very personable, informative and extremely caring. Any worries I had that were lingering, immediately went away once my consult was done. Dr. Kerr listened intently, addressed questions and concerns I had, eased my uncertainty or fear I was having. He is passionate in his profession and helping people. Vlasta (she is incredibly sweet) helped me schedule my surgery date. I had surgery on May 9th 2018. It is now July 30th 2018. I am ecstatic with the entire experience. From the initial consult, to surgery and now the months that have followed, I am grateful to Dr. Kerr and Synergy Plastic Surgery for all they have done. Best experience I could have asked for. Keep up the incredible job ya'll, you've made me feel more beautiful than I expected.

Dr Blagg is wonderful. He performed my breast implants in April and I couldnt be happier with the results. I had no worries as he was professional, explained everything thoroughly and made me feel at ease. My scarring is healing perfect after only a couple months and my self confidence has increased ten fold! I recommend him to everyone I know looking for plastic surgery
