Synergy Plastic Surgery

Words cannot express how incredible my experience was. I had a mommy makeover and after many consultations with other places I chose Synergy. Margaret my patient coordinator was the most patient and helpful person. Dr Crawford was my surgeon and I’m a picky client. Every single detail was covered and expectations exceeded. Thank you so much, from the bottom of my heart for all you do Synergy!!! 🥰🥰

12+ years ago I was working in Los Angeles, but I had relatives in Austin, so I decided to do some research and have a tummy tuck done in Austin Texas. I decided to use Dr. Lauren Crawford. Unbeknownst to me, she had delivered a baby only two days before -I was only told this via cell phone when I was landing in Austin. Learning this, I was apprehensive to have her perform surgery, but because I was here, I decided to go ahead with the surgery. Being new to plastic surgery, I also was unaware to ask how many tummy tuck surgeries she had performed - two wrongs. I was told I could have the surgery and go home. When speaking with the hospital where surgery was to be performed, the head RN at the hospital freaked and said that I should be staying at the hospital for at least 1-2 days afterwards bc “it’s a very, very painful recovery surgery process”. Third wrong. I was told by Crawford‘s office that was not true. I went home and spent two of the most painful nights I’ve ever experienced. The worst was yet to come. I lost my belly button in the procedure . My stomach looks like a freak. I stayed in Austin an additional week, yet each post op visit, Crawford never addressed this. I commented to her it looked “weird” and she would nervously giggled. As time went on we corresponded and she finally wrote me off and told me not to contact her anymore. She never admitted to being in the wrong or EXPLAINED what happened. I intend to have this corrected, but it sure won’t be by her. Run, do not walk, from this so-called “plastic surgeon…”

I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Crawford! She is a truly compassionate and knowledgeable doctor who takes the time to listen to her patients and address their concerns. Her expertise and bedside manner are top-notch, making me feel at ease and confident in her care. The staff is also friendly and efficient, making the entire experience seamless. I highly recommend Dr. Crawford to anyone. She is a true asset to the medical community and a credit to her profession. Five stars aren't enough - I'd give her ten if I could!"

I saw Dr. Kerr for a breast reduction in January of 2023. I’d never had surgery or been put under anesthesia, but everyone at Synergy was so kind and put me at ease right away. It was clear from the first consultation that Dr Kerr was good at what he does, and I felt really confident that he could help me. The surgery itself went really well, and the healing process was much easier than I anticipated. My only regret is that I didn’t do this sooner! Would absolutely recommend Dr Kerr and synergy if you’re considering a surgical procedure!

Dr MEHTA did my tummy tuck and breast augmentation in 2023 and I couldn’t be happier with my results! The entire staff was so friendly. I highly recommend him.
