TOC Eye and Face

My experience with TOC and my surgeon Dr. Nakra have been nothing but incredible. Dr. Nakra is a gifted surgeon who treats his patients as if they are the most important person in the world. The outcome of my complicated surgery was wonderful. I would not hesitate to refer anyone seeking eyelid or cosmetic surgery to Dr. Nakra. He has been my surgeon for 4 years and I have complete trust in him and his staff. Excellent and talented surgeon!

Dr Belinsky is exceptionally talented and I would highly recommend her to anyone needing plastic surgery. My first surgery was many years ago with Dr Shore to correct my lower eyelids due to Bells Palsy. I recently needed the uppers fixed from my condition and since Dr Shore retired, I chose Dr Belinsky. Her surgical skills along with a wonderful personality made the whole experience exemplary and relatively painless. Money well spent.

Overall not impressed with the service I was provided. was referred as I had cellulitis in my eyes and had some very new and odd extra tissue inside my lower eye lid and some symptoms I never had before and wanted to see if they could help. the doctor did not address what I drove 3 hours overall for. I honestly felt medically gas lighted. I am not a confrontational person so I just remained quiet once my facts were shut down (tried to downplay and assume a different diagnosis that caused my hospital stays for whatever reason and tried to convince me ct reports can only “suggest” what it could be and then proceed to try and convince me my new symptoms had to be from something else) I realized I wasted hours of driving and work for the appointment that went no where and my main concern (the extra lumps) were barely discussed/focused on. I strongly suggest going somewhere else.

My husband had an appointment on a Friday last week we drove all the way there to find out he didn’t not have an appointment that they had called supposedly and rescheduled it for the following week. We had no missed calls no voice messages. When we finally did get to the rescheduled appointment we waited in the waiting room for 30 minutes for a 20 minute procedure. The doctor told him he needed anabiotic cream within two hours of removing his patch and that his prescription had been called in. Here we are a day later and still no prescription and now it’s the weekend and they’re closed. Now he hast to wait till Monday for something that he needed alread. The front desk staff that handles things for the doctor is failing, do better

I recently needed multiple chalazions removed and had an excellent experience at TOC Eye and Face. Although I had to wait a bit to see the doctor, they accommodated me with a last-minute appointment, and Dr. McCoskey provided clear explanations and next steps for my issue. She performed a quick and effective eyelid procedure, and the swelling subsided in just a few days, with my eyelid returning to normal. Thank you, Dr. McCoskey and team, for the outstanding care!
