I’ve been going here for years and every single experience has been amazing. Rachel has taken such good care of me. Thoughtful and considerate guidance, very knowledgeable about all sorts of treatments, never pushy about extra procedures, and super supportive and communicative about a plan to reach my goals. Let me tell you there’s such a huge improvement in my face! The staff is very kind and accommodating. I would recommend these folks to anyone!!

Veritas Backstage will take your money no matter the circumstance. I had booked an appointment for a derma-planning facial and the day before my appointment, I unfortunately became very ill, landing in the ER that evening. After multiple attempts calling in the morning - (because no one answers the phone), I was FINALLY able to reach a live person to explain the situation, in the hopes to reschedule for a later time when I am feeling better. With Pneumonia on the rise and COVID still lurking around, it was only the right thing to do, especially with the Thanksgiving holiday around the corner. That being said, Veritas still charged me the $100 cancellation fee. How can one enjoy a facial, if they are hacking up a lung and have trouble breathing. Please explain that to me? Additionally, I don’t care what socio-economic class you are, no one has $100 to just throw away, especially in these times. Veritas cares about “filling the spot.” They do not care about their clients, better yet, their employees, and would rather the client come in for their services contagious. I have two facials that I will be indeed using. However, I will not be returning to this place of business as they are unsympathetic and extremely shady.

Rachel is so good at what she does! My face has never ever looked as good as it does now and I am 59!! She has listened to me and worked with me with what I wanted to achieve for my skin. I get people asking me everyday now about my skin. It’s truly because of what Rachel has done! Cannot recommend her enough to anyone who just wants their skin to be as healthy and beautiful as it can be no matter what your age. Highly recommend!!

However, after receiving a facial at Veritas and trying the Veritas Bioactive products, I immediately noticed a difference in quality.
