Westlake Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery - Lamar Central

I had my initial consult with Devon, who was extremely knowledgeable and made me feel right at home sharing some of my insecurities and what I was considering having done. After spending about an hour with her, I put my deposit down that day and scheduled my surgery for just 3 weeks later! I had my first consult with Dr. C about two and a half weeks prior to the procedure and just loved him from the start. He has such a gentle, calm demeanor but also isn’t brooding or intimidating as some surgeons can be. We discussed at length the procedures I was going to be getting done and his reasoning behind choosing certain options over others, and then after that it was just hurry up and wait. Of course I had a million questions between then and procedure day, but his nursing staff, specifically Macy and Becca, were always immediately responsive and happily helpful, not making me feel at all like my numerous calls were a burden. The procedure went without a hitch, and I was back recovering in my bed before I knew anything had even happened. Later that evening, I was slightly concerned about the pain and some swelling in one eye in particular, and the very next morning at like 7:15 (before they even open), Dr. C called me personally and asked if I could come in right away and see him (before he went into another surgery that morning) just so he could take a look at my progress with his own eyes (rather than relying on the photos I had emailed the night before) and make sure everything was healing normally. He told me his concern had actually kept him thinking about me all evening! But of course, he said everything looked perfect and I was healing exactly as I should be, which was such a relief and also such a kind thing for a busy surgeon to do unscheduled just because he cared that much. I cannot give enough praise to Dr. C. and his nurses, Macy and Becca. They are just the most amazing team and made the entire procedure and process around that seamless. Oh, and let’s not forget about the results!!! I couldn’t be more thrilled. My recovery went so smoothly, and by following his post-op instructions to the letter, you almost couldn’t see any evidence that I’d just had a major surgery 8-10 days prior. I will trust any and all of my potential future facial procedures with Dr. and team, hands down. Thank you so much to Dr. C, Macy, Becca, Devon, and everyone else at Westlake for being so amazing!!! Westlake Dermatology is awesome. From the office staff to the providers, everyone is so nice and respectful. I have not one negative thing to say. If you are looking for a Dermatology office who will give you good care and good customer service, call them. You will not be disappointed.

I saw Dr. Constantinides for septoplasty and have been impressed with the customer service and professionalism throughout the entire office. Macy and Becca are very knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions and make me feel comfortable with the procedure and recovery process.
