Prestige Dermatology of Burleson

Would absolutely NOT recommend this practice. We recently moved to the Fort Worth area and were looking to transition our daughter’s care to a new provider. We requested and had ALL of her CURRENT patient records/chart information which was necessary for the new provider to review and continue her treatment. This paperwork was emailed to the practice prior to the appointment and a copy was given directly to them on the day of our appointment as well. When I called to make an appointment for my daughter back in November (for her 1st visit) I specifically asked if labs (bloodwork and required tests) were done on-site. This was KEY AND VERY important to us when selecting a new practice/provider for our daughter. I was assured YES, the practice completed labs onsite. After being given that confirmation, we made our appointment and completed the new patient paperwork online. On the day of our appointment, we arrived and were asked to complete the new patient paperwork (again) because the online paperwork that was completed didn’t transfer internally within their system? That was the first red flag. Waited approximately 20-25 minutes AFTER our scheduled appointment time, then were finally called back only to be told that the practice couldn’t do anything for us. The practice did not do any routine labs (bloodwork/tests, etc.) on site and that we needed to make an additional appointment to take care of the routine tests at a labcorp or quest center. Only after those labs were completed, could we be seen and next steps towards treatment be taken. The nurse that took our information prior to the provider coming in was curt and didn’t appear to enjoy her job at all. We had to repeat ourselves constantly while answering questions. Perhaps a little (patient care) training might help. The doors to each exam room are paper thin, so hearing the conversations (amongst staff) which are related to patient care definitely pose numerous HIPPAA violation(s). I found it quite unprofessional and was thoroughly embarrassed that I brought my daughter to this practice to be seen. Our visit with the practitioner was literally less than 15 minutes. After paying a $70 copay, we walked out of the practice wondering what the heck happened and WHY did we select this practice? It was defeating to say the least and disappointing that my daughter didn’t get the care that she needed due to the practice mis-informing us and obviously not even being prepared to see her at all. I am writing this review because I intentionally called the practice back after our appointment on the same day to explain our experience and asked for practice manager to follow up on the concerns that were shared. I was told that practice manager would speak manager and Doctor of this Prestige Dermatology practice in Burleson and they would call me back. Well, it’s been a little over a week and I’ve not received a call or follow up. So disappointing to say the least. We will be taking our business elsewhere and as for this practice, I would NOT recommend it to anyone.

I called Prestige 6 weeks ago for a new patient appointment and was squeezed in the same day. (I can't get in this quick to see my primary care doctor as an established patient!) Had second appointment today with PA-C Stacey Lopez, and the care I've received has been great.

I have gone here for several yrs!!! Everyone from the front desk to Stacey Lopez (who is my provider) are always friendly and kind. They go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of, they listen to your concerns and make sure that you understand what they will be doing. I have never been to a doctors office that the entire staff cares for you and not there to just take your money and not listen. If you are needing a dermatologist this is the place to go. I love it!!!

I am very pleased with Dr. Le. She is very personable, and explains procedures adequately. She makes sure I understand and agree to what is best for me. I like that she always gives me a choice before moving forward. All the staff are pleasant and do a great job!! So glad we chose Prestige Dermatology!!

Welcoming office staff all the time. Dr. Stacey Lopez is always profesional and takes her time to explain my progress and the new/good things we can work on towards helping me with my diagnose. Office is always clean and comfortable. Would recommend 100% 🥰
