United Dermatology Associates

My husband and I visited today for the first time to get keloids ear removal done. The process was smooth from start to finish. The MA Natasha was very friendly and informative. We also got to meet with The Tran and she was awesome, hands down the best. We will definitely continue to use United Dermatology and recommend others. Thank you ladies for making us feel so comfortable!!

Staff friendly and always makes sure you are well informed about all procedures and follow-up care. Lobby and patient rooms are meticulous. Wait time is minimal. Drs. at all UDA's facilities are excellent and truly care about the health and well-being of patients. I would would highly recommend them for all of ones skin care.

Been a customer for a few years. Now they use karma or whatever do they do not have to talk to ant customers. Do this all day everyday for a month at least to speak to anyone. The doctors are great but office part is not. They do not care about customers and that is a fact. I have plenty for anyone who would like to read and proof. Have appointment next week to find out they need to reschedule through karma. Just horrible customer service. I am no long going to be seen by them. Hope no one else goes through this but afraid you will. Good luck.

My husband went to the one in Burleson, it’s the closest to us and we didn’t want to make the drive to Fort Worth, it’s literally connected to a gas station (weird), their website is deceiving. My husband had the worst experience. We recently moved from San Antonio and he has been with his dermatologist since he was 18. So this was hard to get a new one. His experience was so bad that we’re thinking to go to San Antonio every 6 months for his check up, just to keep his old dermatologist.

Visited today for the first time. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and I waited less than 5 minutes for my appointment. The nurse practitioner who saw me was friendly and informative; she explained everything to my satisfaction and did not rush me at all. I felt very comfortable with the surroundings and personnel, and will definitely continue to use United Dermatology.
