The appt was for my friend who I help oversee her care/medical appointments/care due to her dementia. I was so embarrassed to have mixed up the appointment dates but the lovely ladies in the office were so understanding and worked us in. The nurse & doctor were both so nice and quickly figured out what caused rash and explained how to clear it up and how to use cream. Doctor Curtiss has a wonderful bedside manner and he quickly helped her to feel better and that rash would be gone in a week/two weeks. I still can’t believe they worked us in because of my error, these days it’s unheard of to be treated so warmly and understanding. I would definitely recommend Dr Curtiss and his staff he definitely knows his stuff.

Dr. Curtis has a great 'bed side manner' Upon meeting him for the first time, he went out of his way to explain the procedure including cost. The process was quick and easy. The staff was pleasant and read for me when I arrived. Great experience.

For it to have been my first dermatologist visit it went very smoothly. I was made very comfortable and felt confident about my appointment. I showed up an hour early on accident and they were able to take care of me and finish up by the time my appointment was originally supposed to start.I like the self pay option as well. I was sent home with lots of samples and as a satisfied patient.

Dr. Curtiss is always available for questions. His attitude is agreeable, open and friendly. He is both patient and thorough when you see him. The whole office runs well with plenty of appointments available. They do a good job of working with your schedule . I always see a dermatologist every six months as an extra precaution against skin cancer. It's the easiest way to feel safe from something that is preventable.

My insurance denied the medication Dr. Curtiss prescribed because they needed a few questions answered and he never responded. I called his office 3 times, they called and faxed him… It’s been two months. I’ve had two appts and he spent a combined total of 15 minutes with me.
