I've been a client of Ideal Image for years, and I truly enjoy their services. The staff is super friendly, and they always go above and beyond to care for their clients. I'd like to give a special shoutout to Caitlin, who is an exceptionally kind and talented technician. I wholeheartedly recommend booking your treatments with her - you’ll be in great hands!

My experience with this company was exceptional. The nurse was very informative. The staff member that signed me up was very helpful and went out of her way to accommodate me. They were all super friendly. I would definitely recommend them.

The location is small, but clean. Many parking lot spaces available. Front desk staff is so friendly and respectful. The nurse that actually applied the botox has a great hand and is experienced in the field, I could barely feel a pinch when she was applying it.

The staff and everyone who works here is lovely. My issue is I finished my laser hair removal treatment about 9 months ago and my hair has almost completely grown back. Even in my second to last treatment, the women treating me asked if I “take any hormone supplements” to which I said no, indicating she could clearly see a decent amount of hair left. I didn’t expect to be completely hairless and I also don’t consider myself to be a “hairy” person. I was satisfied when I finished treatment accepting I wouldn’t be completely hairless but I’m pretty upset that a lot of my hair has come back. Especially considering the amount of money I paid and the amount of money touch ups cost.

Both the front desk staff and the clinician were great! So friendly and you can tell they aren't just doing a job, they genuinely care about people.
