I received a Laser Resurfacing procedure which was done my Marica. She was very knowledgeable and took great care to make sure I was doing okay throughout the whole process. The receptionist was so friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely be back.

I have been going here for more than 10 years. The staff here are so kind for my skin care, and after receiving the procedure, everyone says that I have become very young, so I feel good. Compared to my age, I look much younger. Melissa always gives the best treatment

Walking in one feels instantly welcome. The staff goes above to make you comfortable. The technician knows skin and available procedures. She also understands me and what I want to accomplish. Excellent experience. I will continue to visit here.

I went in years ago to zap some spider veins around my nostrils. The lady missed the biggest, most prominent one. It was literally the one I went in for. I complained and asked her to please get the biggest one, and she just ushered me out the door saying she's sure she got it. It's a little painful so there is no doubt she skipped right over it as I was sitting there waiting for her to hit that spot. Years later, that same vein bothers me every time I look in the mirror so now I'm going to have to go in again. I can't help but feel it was almost purposeful to get me back in. It has bothered me for years that they did that. I did call recently and let them know what happened just to see what they'd say, and there was no apology or acknowledgement whatsoever, so I'll go elsewhere for future treatments.

I have been going back and forth now for about a year deciding whether or not I wanted to write a review for SkinSpaMED...and here I am. Last year I decided to have a cool sculpting treatment for my chin/neck area. I was skeptical about the treatment as this extra fat underneath my chin has been there for my entire life (I am 27 and I am skinny, this is my only problem area that I thought could be genetic). During my consultation, they took many different pictures of my face and neck area and then went over the results with me. The lady tried to make me feel very comfortable that I was a great candidate for the mini cool sculpting treatment and that after 2 treatments I would very likely see results. I questioned her multiple times, and she kept letting me know that even though I have always had this, it would most likely go away (or minimize). The lady was very nice, and I was optimistic. My second appointment was my actual treatment date. I went in and sat in the room to begin my treatment. A different employee came in and looked at my chin, and looked confused but started my treatment. The treatment was uncomfortable but again, I was optimistic and just wanted my chin to be sculpted. When the treatment was finally over, the same lady had a conversation with me while we were still in my private room. She told me that I really should not come back for a second treatment. She told me that I should not expect any results from this treatment because the area on my chin was not fat. She told me that if I truly wanted a change, that I should go see a cosmetic surgeon and not try cool sculpting again. I was devastated. I spent $600 on this treatment, only for the second lady to tell me after the fact that I was not a good candidate. She knew beforehand that I should not have been there. The first lady probably knew that I should not have been there. I saved a lot of money for this treatment, and I saw zero results. I then saw a surgeon who told me that I should never have been approved to do cool sculpting as this would never have helped my chin. I felt completely duped by this company. They either wanted to take my money and run, or their preliminary consultation is a sham. $600 gone.
