I have been a patient of Dr Neisner's for 24 years and he has always worked me when my asthma was flaring up. I have always felt like my care was important and had never felt brushed off. But not this time. It seems they have started taking on more patients than what they can handle. 2 week wait for an appointments. Nurse won’t respond or call anyone back, the ones making phone appointments are rude. I did go to the walk in clinic- well that was a waste of time and the biggest joke of a clinic I have ever seen. They not only will not listen to you when you know what your typical flare ups are and what needs to be done, but you are talked over and basically told you don’t have basic textbook symptoms. Tried to call and get squeezed in to see Dr Neisner after absolutely nothing was done and told them I would end up at the ER the next day only to be told I had to wait 2 weeks. Guess what, went to the ER the next day and while there my Oxygen levels dropped into the 80s At least the ER physician listened. Stay as far away from the walk in clinic as you can! Waste of time and money.

Front staff at reception is beyond rude and often hangs up on patients when trying to make an appointment. Appointments are often months away and then the doctor cancels. Just for no other doctor to see you and you'll have to wait weeks or even months to be seen. All these renovations and yet, we still can't be seen.

I’ve been a patient at this clinic for my entire life, and my children are also patients here. Given that it's the only clinic within a 30-mile radius, I’ve always relied on it for our healthcare needs. However, my recent experience has left me deeply frustrated and concerned. After undergoing surgery, I was instructed to follow up with my PCP. Unfortunately, my PCP is currently on maternity leave. I’ve been trying to schedule an appointment with the fill-in provider, but despite my repeated attempts to contact the clinic, I have yet to receive a call back. Each time I reach out, I’m either transferred, hung up on, or promised a return call that never comes. My discharge instructions clearly state that I should follow up with my PCP within one week and my surgeon within two weeks. My surgeon's follow-up is already scheduled, but I’ve been unable to secure the necessary appointment with my PCP’s replacement. I’ve even attempted to file a formal complaint, but no one seems to know how to connect me with the right person. The lack of urgency and professionalism in handling this situation is truly alarming. The confusion and lack of knowledge among the staff I’ve interacted with are disappointing. I’m extremely concerned about the impact this could have on my post-surgery care, and I’m hoping for immediate assistance in resolving this issue.

Mrs Yvonne Wagner is always very polite, answers all your questions, and makes sure you're understanding everything she explains to you. Her and her nurse, Jackie are very good with following up with you as well. Not sure how the other doctors and NP's are here, but I always see Mrs Wagner, never had any complaints

I suffer from CIDP and went for a first visit to see Dr Melendez. After an hours wait without being seen I had to leave as my energy was tanking. Now the Dr refuses to see me. You should understand your patients needs. The staff wouldn’t even process my medical records even though I showed up early. Way to blackmail patients. Take my staffs abuse or I will deny you service!
