Four Oaks Medical Clinic

I hate to leave a poor review without even being able to visit the office, but it is now the end of October and I have been trying since the beginning of September to schedule an appointment. I was told to fill out paperwork and email it in, 2 weeks later I checked in and they said they didn't have access to the email they provided, but recently got the access and were able to find the paperwork and have Dr Klaus review and would call back. They never called. I called AGAIN and asked for an update and they said they had a new system and never got the paperwork and for me to resend...........to the same email I had already sent it to.........and had no record or anyone remember that they had previously found my paperwork. So I resent again, and asked for an estimate on when they would get back in contact - they provided me with an end-of-week deadline for reaching back out, and now it's the following Monday and I still have heard nothing. I don't understand why the staff cannot simply print and get the Dr to review the paperwork and call me back. Very unprofessional and unorganized, very disappointed.

Dr. Klaus has a wonderful manner with elderly patients. He's very professional. I wish this extended to his front desk staff. I have experienced a rude male and incompetent female who has lost forms submitted for the Dr. to fill out 2ce. Keep the Dr. but get new staff.

Dr. Bart Klaus is an excellent doctor. He listens to you and yet is very honest about his recommendations for your health. Can't speak for the other doctors at Four Oaks but if Dr. Klaus is any indication I do recommend it.

Dr. Klaus is wonderful! Very thorough and never rushes you through your appointment.

New patients must submit an application! Looking for a new doctor is a pain at the very least. And this is like a job interview. Fill out an application and then wait to be rejected. Ridiculous!
