Drove three hours for a 20 minute time slot for new patient appointment. Got lost as my navigation was not working and have to drive slower due to my vision being blurry. I called since I was going to be late which the lady said was ok. I get there they no show me in the elevator and said they didn’t care and I’d have to reschedule. Won’t be rescheduling the office staff is rude and you can’t get a return call when trying to schedule or reschedule appointments. Horrible experience.

Been a patient since 2020, and the office had gone majorly downhill! I’ve been waiting 3 weeks on the office to call in my meds with a 10 day migraine. No empathy, or urgency with staff. Can’t call because they let it go straight to voicemail. If you like an attentive doctor, don’t choose here. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Shouldn’t have to wait 3 weeks for my medicine to be called in!!! Worst office I’ve ever dealt with.

I am currently a patient of Dr. Smith's. My experience has been overall positive. She listens to my feedback at my 3 month appointments, she slows down or repeats so I can take notes when she's telling me next steps, and I never feel rushed out of there. I have had a few hiccups with the staff though. I had to ask for a letter for accommodation for work and it took them 4 tries to get it right. And then when I was having a reaction to a medication, they dismissed it. They told me I had all these other options at my disposal for meds so I should be good. I wasn't asking for more meds, I was asking what I should do since I was having a bad reaction. That conversation went round in circles and I ended up just stopping the med and waiting to discuss it at my next appointment with Dr. Smith. It was really frustrating to go so long without a preventive medication but I just didn't want to talk with the staff again. At the next appointment with Dr. Smith I made a plan with her for if any of the meds clearly weren't working for me. So I knew I'd be able to tell the staff what I needed in very specific terms.

If you’re coming for headaches here, she is like many western doctors. Just pump you with pills and then Botox. These just help with symptoms, but there’s reasons for these symptoms and it never fixes the true problem. And you’ll still suffer. She never dove into reasons why I was having 24/7 headaches , chronic fatigue, and way more. And she brushed off mold and parasites as a reason for them. I went to doctors for 5 years trying to figure out what was wrong. No answers. So I went to functional medicine. I changed my diet to meat and vegetables. Wild caught, and organic everything. Cleansed my entire body with supplement products. I felt terrible doing them, even worse than before but pushed through the die off effects for 6 months. And now, I’m almost symptom free, no thanks to doctors that just try to treat symptoms. Please, dive into reasons why people are coming in more sick than ever before. Tell them they have to change their diet, exercise, and make them do a cleanse of their body instead of pushing pharmaceuticals. If you have headaches, and have had everything checked out, I 100% recommend looking into this. Especially in the Houston area with all the humidity and conditions mold and parasites thrive in. P.S. I gave 2 stars because Botox did help some, but never gave me the reason why I felt so terrible still. Isn’t that what doctors are for?
