I can not say enough good things about Dr. Basu and everyone in his office staff. I have never been to such an amazing facility. From the first moment I talked to the coordinator I felt such an ease of relief just from her knowledge and kindness. She was upfront about possible cost and there was no pressure at all. From the moment I walked in, they literally treat you like family! Meeting Dr. Basu, he was honest and expressed possible issues we could face due to previous surgeries I’ve had from another doctor. Dr.Basu was hopefully but honest and expressed his concerns. He fully educated me on what possibly outcomes could be with no pressure whatsoever. He also gave me hope of the possibility of a beautiful outcome as well. I decided to move forward with my procedure with Dr. Basu as I felt nothing but pure confidence in him after our discussion. The absolute best choice I’ve ever made!! After several discouraging doctors over years, Dr. Basu took my case and gave me hope! After survey, I have never been more happy!! 14 years of living with misshapen breast, Dr. Basu has giving me the confidence I haven’t had in so long!! He is amazing!! From amazing bedside manner to his amazingly skilled knowledge and abilities in plastic surgery! I am completely blessed to have found him and his facility!!

I’ve had multiple surgeries with Dr. Basu and I cannot express enough how wonderful he has been and especially his team of nurses! Dr. Basu has been very honest and informative about all my surgeries and options I had. Nurse Leigha has been handling my post-op is truly the sweetest and most personable nurse ever. From the beginning she has been more than willing to spend the extra time to go over any questions or concerns you may have. Nurse Amanda did my microneedling and erbium laser treatment, she was amazing. She took her time and talked me through the process. Honestly the whole team there from the front desk to the nurses and Dr. Basu have been nothing short of amazing. I’ll definitely keep going to them for the services they offer.
