Face to Face Spa at Towne Lake

Initially, I was satisfied with my service (blackhead extraction + facial). Shortly after, the area bruised and has now left markings on my face. After returning to the business with my concerns, I was told that the esthetician must have done my removal too aggressively and to be patient and let it heal, but the bright side was that “the blackheads were removed”…this is unfortunate and upsetting, and any and all perspective customers should take this into consideration.

I have been visiting Face to Face Spa at Towne Lake, for more than a year now and I couldn't be more happy! I have been treated by a couple of licensed estheticians who provided exceptional service. All staff is incredibly patient, polite, and displayed a mastery of her craft. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. My skin has never felt and looked better! I highly recommend Face to Face Spa for anyone looking for a high quality experience.

My experience with Face to Face Spa was great. Christina did a great job and worked with my face concerns. I did a chemical peel and had no problems with it. I have very dry and sensitive skin and she knew exactly what products to use. I was satisfied with my facial and I would recommend them to anyone.

My very First Facial EVER and after today, I can safely say, it won’t be my last. I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Jennifer. She made me feel comfortable and secure. She was also very informative about each step she took, what it was that she used/what it’s for and overall gave me a great experience!

Great service today! I am always happy with my service each time I visit. The aestheticians are wonderful and the front office staff is amazing and helpful. I look forward to each visit.
