I recently had a breast lift (mastopexy) with augmentation performed by Dr. William Adams, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience and results. From start to finish, Dr. Adams was incredibly professional, making me feel comfortable and well-informed at every step. He and his team were exceptionally supportive, answering all my questions before I even had to ask. It was clear they truly care about their patients’ well-being and satisfaction. After 2 years of research and visiting all type of doctors in Miami and the FL area in general, I traveled all the way from Miami to Dallas to undergo this procedure with Dr. Adams, and it was by far the best decision I’ve made. The offices are impressively clean, comfortable, and welcoming, which made each visit an absolute pleasure. Dr. Adams even has amazing technology on-site, allowing me to see a 3D demo of how I would look post-surgery. This gave me so much confidence and reassurance going into the procedure. The staff at the surgery center were phenomenal, helping me feel completely relaxed and confident on the day of surgery. Kirby and the entire team were a dream to work with; their kindness, commitment, and warm, friendly attitudes made me feel like I was among family. Now, just 8 days post-op, my results are already better than I could have imagined—the look is so natural, and Dr. Adams accomplished exactly what I was looking for to perfection. My recovery has been smooth with absolutely zero pain, and, aside from some expected limitations, I’ve been able to resume most of my daily activities. I can’t thank Dr. Adams and his team enough for their incredible professionalism and dedication. Choosing Dr. Adams was the best decision ever, and I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone considering this journey.

Dr. Adams & his team are nothing short of AMAZING! Breast augmentation is something I considered for over a decade and I finally decided to do it. I did an extensive amount of research and found Dr. Adams. I traveled to Dallas from South Carolina for his skill and reputation for 24 hour recovery and excellent results. There is nothing that I would change about my experience! His team was in contact with me multiple times prior to my arrival so I felt very prepared and comfortable. We flew into to Dallas and met with Dr. Adams the following day. He explained his tissue-based planning methods and presented me with my options. We made a decision and I felt so excited and comfortable when leaving. Any nerves I had were gone! Surgery was the next morning and the staff at the surgery center was awesome! I was in and out in just a couple of hours. I followed his step-by-step instructions and felt good enough to go to dinner and an NBA game that night! No pain - just a little tight or sore… almost like after a good workout! I had my postop appt the next day and then flew home that afternoon! I’m about 2 months out and could not be happier with my experience and results! Thank you SO much, Dr. Adams! I highly recommend Dr. Adams! I recently had a breast augmentation revision and the whole experience was flawless. They are so organized, took amazing care of me and gave me the prettiest results! Ellery felt like sunshine and made the whole process so seamless. When my procedure required a bit more than anticipated, she pivoted so fast. She had new meds waiting at the pharmacy across the street and a new customized, post-op booklet waiting for me in recovery! (Like how?? I think she’s magic.) She truly gave the highest level of patient care! Dr. Adams, of course, did a phenomenal job and I felt so comfortable with his expertise. The surgical team was also top-notch. I had a lot of nerves about the surgery day/process itself. It was way better than I could’ve imagined. The staff from pre-op to recovery, had me feeling so comfortable. I’m more than happy with the results and will happily stay their patient as long as possible (and tell all my friends and family as well)!

Dr. Adams is INCREDIBLE. I went to Dr. Adams last August for a breast augmentation, and it’s now coming close to being a year since the procedure; the results are incredible. He’s known for his 24 hour recovery technique, and it’s exactly as described. The surgery itself was a breeze, very quick! I went back to the hotel for a 1 hour nap (part of his protocol) and was out shopping and getting dinner the same afternoon! The pain was extremely minimal, no narcotic pain medication required; and I was back to working and living my normal life within a day of surgery. The results are fantastic and natural, and I’m so glad I chose to trust Dr. Adams with my surgery!

I have friends who also had an augmentation and talk about the pain and how they can’t sleep on their side and have issues with push ups etc. I kept thinking they must have had a different surgery than me, I had absolutely NO pain!! I don’t have any issues sleeping and I am able to do upper body workout without any problem! I chose Dr. Adams because he writes several of the chapter in the books used by plastic surgeon in their residency training. Also, the staff are amazing! They always make you feel important, because the are passionate about what they do. I have been recommended them to anyone who will listen!!
