I had an amazing experience at this location! The staff were welcoming and professional, and the office was very clean. Michelle took the time to understand my goals, ensuring I receive the best results. Her skill and attention to detail made the entire process comfortable and seamless. I highly recommend her and will definitely be coming back!

This was my first time getting a full body skin screening and I will say… immediate thoughts - I was uncomfortable! But Mary Elizabeth and Dr. Ashenbeck definitely made me feel comfortable and heard throughout my entire appointment. Mary Elizabeth helped me plain how things will go before the Doctor arrived as she could see I was nervous. She always had a smile on her face! She was friendly and welcoming. Dr. Ashenbeck was very informative and friendly as well. She was very gentle during the entire appointment. Both were very professional. The staff at the front were also very kind. Immediately, I was welcomed in with smiles and great energy. The wait time was minimal, the check in and out process was efficient & the customer service was top tier! The location was great. Parking was easy and accessible as well! I would recommend anyone to come here! (as I did all of my friends and family minutes after leaving my appointment!)

I have been a patient at Westlake for almost 10 years, and while the quality of services has always been excellent, the ongoing billing issues and lack of accountability have left me no choice but to go elsewhere. Despite having clear documentation showing I had prepaid for a service, the office repeatedly denied it and continued to charge me. I spent months going back and forth with their billing manager, Morgan, who was unable to provide any proof that the funds had been used. When asking about the obvious credit (that matched my cc charge) on their invoices, the response was “that’s just our invoicing system, that doesn’t really mean it’s ’a credit’”. So, despite invoices and credit card statements showing nearly $1k in remaining credit, my concerns were rudely dismissed over 4–5 times. Finally, dumbfounded, I requested escalation to someone else, left multiple voicemails, and sent emails, yet no one outside of Morgan who had no interest in settling this ever followed up. Beyond the blatant billing mistake, the overall customer service experience was shockingly poor. There are far too many reputable dermatology offices in Austin that provide outstanding care, bill accurately, and treat their patients with respect. Unfortunately, after almost a decade as a loyal patient, I will be going elsewhere and can no longer recommend this practice.

Maya, Dr. Daniels, and the entire team have provided exceptional service with a tailored experience. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and flexible to my specific asks and needs. I appreciate everyone, but especially Maya, for working with me and making me feel valued and heard. Thank you!
