The entire company lacks integrity. I made a purchase that cost me $1,148 and they closed the Houston office without ever contacting me so I never got my service. I’ve tried contacting Novopelle various times and nobody will answer the phone or email me back. I was basically robbed and scammed. I do not recommend them at all. I am furious.

If your looking for a good laser tech Gina is the best!!! VERY thorough and patient. You will really see results with her!!
