Today was my first visit and honestly I was a little nervous bc some of the reviews. I walked in and saw nothing smiles and friendly faces. The. Ladies up from were all so very nice and helpful! Katherine (NP) was amazing. She took her time everything to me and made me very comfortable. My results from fillers look so good already, I’m very excited! I will be back for more procedures!

This is my 5th year at the Lemmon Ave location. Staff has come and gone but the level of care and service hasn’t diminished. Katherine is an amazing injector. She wants you to look your absolute best. I would very much recommend her to anyone looking for an experienced, professional injector.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience in this location, I went for dysport treatment a week before my wedding day, my eyebrows were uneven, when I called them back I was told to wait 2 -4 weeks, I called back again and the extended 2 more weeks before "follow up" appointment, I went yesterday and they applied the complete treatment not a touch up, I had to pay again not big deal if the issue at least was corrected. today my eyebrows are more uneven. It's very upsetting that this is happening and yes I had dysport before with amazing results so it's not my body reacting to the treatment.

FINAL update: A few days ago, the injector called me regarding my review. She was audibly peeved, yet issued NO apology for my f'd up dysport job. She said she'd rather me talk to her about it so she can fix it than write a review. I'm an author- I 100% understand how frustrating negative reviews can be, but having an attitude with your client isn't helping anything. ESPECIALLY not helping MY LOPSIDED DYSPORT! I sat on this for a few days, contemplating taking her up on her offer. But her attitude, and hanging up in my face just didn't digest well. I'd rather deal with my results for a little while and wait to go to my dermatologist in Colombia than to let her touch my face again. Update: I’m sorry to have to revise my review. I absolutely did enjoy my experience, but i can’t reconcile my results. I purchased 65 units of dysport, and one side of my face is frozen while the other is not. That’s never happened before, and as a very expressive person, i look crazy. Loved the injector! I’ll definitely return
