Revive Primary Care & Med Spa (Formerly Lively Med)

I have been coming to Lively Med for a while now for weight loss.Alyssa and Cindy are always eager to help and very professional. I will definitely be referring my friends and family for all their skin care and weigh loss needs!! As a bonus it doesn’t break the bank!!!

I’ve been going here weekly for about 2 months now. Really friendly staff and they’re always on time for appointments. Easy to schedule online or in person. The renovations by the new owners look great and it’s consistently really clean inside. It’s on the pricier end than some other places nearby, but you get what you pay for and I’ve yet to be disappointed in any way.

Had an appointment at 11am. Waited well over 30 minutes while the front desk was helping another client— went over her entire past medical history, medications, her current high blood pressure, what meds she took in the morning and so forth while she sat at the checkin desk and yelling to the patient that was in the waiting room. I was in shock. It was only me and the other client in the waiting room. The client was obviously embarrassed and wanted this experience over. I was embarrassed for her and wanted it over. As a family nurse practitioner who also works in primary care, if my staff ever did this—that would be the end of that. it was super unprofessional. I waited so long that I left the lobby while the front desk was on the phone in the back. Not very HIPPA compliant as I now know everything about this other patient. The whole thing just felt very awkward. Not organized. There was only one person working on a Saturday. Not staffed well. And also, this used to be a med spa only and is now combined with a primary care. Which is fine but also, I don’t want to be around sick people while waiting for a facial.

I give them 5 stars all throughout. They saw me the same day for an emergency IV for being too hungover. The best part about this experience wasn’t getting rehydrated, although that came in pretty handy, but it was the treatment of the nurse. She was wonderful and caring, made me feel right at home, having to take of a big baby. Made my experience extremely easy and stress free. Thank you so much! I will come back for all my needs. Staple in the gayborhood.

I have enjoyed the kind staff. They've worked with me and answered all my questions. The medication was on time. This is where I'll go again if need be. It's been a100% positive experience.
